We help people live active lives of their own choosing! NCD is the premier provider of Suppored Living Services. Our primary goal is to provide program participants with a positive, enjoyable lifestyle of their choice, and to do so with a wide variety of opportunities - including NCD sponsored events and activities. We're constantly looking for ways to help people engage in active, healthy social lifestyles and be as independant as they wish to be. What we do: We provide encouragement, teaching and mentoring. We assist with time and budget management. We understand that placement needs to be well managed from the very beginning; we provide detailed documentation and pro-active engagement with all involved parties. Often being called on in crisis like, reactive situations, we problem solve and ensure that people's needs are met. Serving Mendocino and Lake Counties, NCD is leading the way in services for those with the special needs. We also have programs for those with a dual or tripple diagnosis. We are proud to be partnering with The National Association of Dual Diagnosis in the development of Programs to insure quality standards of services nationwide.
